The Photo was made after these 2 filmed "CowBoy Poker Party" in 1965 for Bob Mizer. Joe Kiser and Steve Miller had left the AMG Shower. The Image is from AMG catalog SE2-AO from the film Cowboy Poker Party and of course is not colorized.
This is a colorized photo I posted on the Adonismale site. The original is black and white. I used an online colorizer which did a somewhat poor job of colorizing.

DeleteThe water looks brownish and Napoli's body has a yellowish brown tinge. I hope that was caused by the colorization and not real.
