Ruff Rider
Another photo I found with no information. AMG fans know him as Charlie Ruff. Since he's holding a cigarette, I doubt it's from AMG. Mizer was very much against models smoking on camera.
I would suggest the studio is H.I.S. I have three other photos of Charlie wearing a similar jacket and that they are credited to H.I.S.
