Wrong Name
I had this model identified with a name that is very familiar to many of us. I think I'm wrong. I won't say the name I'm thinking so I won't taint the jury.
You had this Photo posted as Joe Dellesandro. It would have had to have been before JOE had his Arm Tattoos. I am not sure who this Model really is. I am not sure when JOE got his Arm Tattoos and if he ever posed before he had those Tattoos.
