Update: See notes below: Thanks to Cham Cham we now have a name for this hairy stud. Cham called him Rocky Lake. But as I read his email I said out loud "Not Lake...that's Rocky Coffey...and i have seen him on film!" He was paired up with Jim Paris (and others) in the delightful AMG film Delicate Convict. You can find that title on YouTube if you search under the title.
I thought I recognised the hairy guy - it was the "Janet" tattoo that helped me find his name. In my collection he's known as Rocky Lane.
