I was going to say the same thing a 1930 Ford Model A convertible with a rumble seat. It had a cool little hood ornament that looks to be broken off. This guy probably bought it in the 50s for $50 or less and was going to turn it into a Hot Rod. I'd like to know who took the photo and did they realize his cock and balls were on full display. Did he realize it and did it intentionally?
I'm pretty sure it's a Ford Model A, ca. 1930. A used one was my Dad's first car, bought in 1940.
