This guy looks familiar and my software suggests Tar Tarmolo (I think he's Scandinavian). I'm not convinced, but it's pretty close.
I found a Tar Tarmolo listed in an archive. The listing stated he posed for Foto Grafo, so your Scandinavian guess was on point. Thanks!
