I found these five AMG photos for sale on an auction site. I think this is the first time I've seen any of these models. Based on the setting, I would say this photo session (and possible film) took place around 1960.

I'm nearly as impressed with the tan as I am with that butt.
That one having his hair cut would have been my favorite to take care of and more... But the other models are fine too.
ReplyDeleteYou have seen one of the models before...Jim Meissinger (as spelt in an AMG catalogue page I have. You have it as Meissing). He's the blond-ish one being the impromptu barber in the 4th shot and in the bath in the 5th. His forearm tattoos are the clincher (and my software finding him!) Having his name may help us find out the other models' names.

ReplyDeleteI know nobody else is paying attention to stuff like this. but I use it to help date photos. Mizer was frugal as hell, and you can find pieces pop up over and over. In the outdoor bathroom, the "tile" wall is the same piece of flooring that he used under the photo you posted of Roger Boone (many other models posed with it under their feet around 1950.) It's like a scavenger hunt, once you've taken in all the jock straps, that is.
